Osorio Correia do Rego is steering TRM Board as a Chairman. He currently serves as National Advisor for Commerce and Industry with Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry (MTCI). Before joining MTCI, he was working with USAID’s Small Grants Program and Private Sector Development Program as Program Development Specialist and Financial Services Specialist for 4.5 years. By qualification, he is a civil engineer but is a master in creating good business institutions and advisor on economic growth..

Rona has twenty (20) years experience and recognized expertise in accounting, finance, audit, financial analysis, institutional performance assessment, internal control system evaluation, and information systems analysis, design and installation. She is currently working as Deputy Country Director – Operations in Oxfam – Timor-Leste Program, at Dili, Timor-Leste. She was a member of a team of trainers for the Southeast Asian Region of CGAP. She is A Certified Public Accountant and MBA at the University of the Philippines-Diliman.

Fernando, with a corporate and international development career of more than 20 years, is the backbone of the TRM board. An electronics engineer, from Australia, he spent his early career heading telecommunications projects. He, later, got passionately involved in international development. He has been deeply engaged in skills training and employment promotion under banner of ILO, after serving UNDP and CNEFP. He is multilingual and knows Tetun, Portuguese, English and Spanish. He is a deep thinker and good articulator.

Hernani, a well wisher of TRM since long, serves as the Vice-Chairmen of the TRM board. He is a Civil engineer by education but has worked on imparting trainings on developing SME in the country. He has been actively engaged in livelihood promotion through vocational skills building and enterprise promotion. He currently works for Ministry of Economy and Development with Government of Timor Leste.

Anantha, is a renowned investment banker and angel investor in many start-up companies in India and one of founder members of Aavishkaar India Micro Venture Capital Fund. Have rich international working experience of UBS Bank and Credit Suisse of Switzerland. Currently working with Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. in Singapore. Teaching on International Finance is part of his active passion. He also writes a weekly column for MINT. He is MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad in 1983 and doctorate in Finance from the University of Massachusetts in 1994.
